An avid runner who has competed in east coast races for the past 22 years and motivated to stay in shape, Sheila began competing in Triathlons and 5K & 10k runs and marathons  just 3 months following the birth of her first child in 2003.  She recently completed her first ½ IM (Ironman) and 205 mile Ragnar Relay!  The support that she received from friends, family and clients was overwhelming and her gratitude is immense.

After giving birth to her second child, Sheila came to the realization that most moms find difficulty designating time and staying motivated to workout.  She became compelled to provide women a means to exercise without the guilt of abandoning their child at the gym.  Moms have various distractions throughout the day which makes it especially challenging to stay focused during an hour of self-indulgent exercise.  Sheila developed an exercise program where no two sessions are the same.
